Somos uma empresa especializada em Soluções Capilares e estamos a procura de um profissional que goste da área de marketing no ramo da beleza!

Principais atividades e responsabilidades

  • Fazer estudo de mercado e de concorrência (benchmarking).
  • Auxiliar nas ações de branding da marca, visando fortalecer a imagem da empresa.
  • Criar estratégias para cada parte do funil de vendas no contexto digital.
  • Otimizar o trabalho de SEO das páginas da empresa, para que estejam sempre com boa visibilidade nas ferramentas de busca.
  • Elaborar ações que estreitem o relacionamento entre empresa e cliente nos meios digitais.
  • Montar estratégias de inbound marketing, gerando conteúdo de valor para as diferentes plataformas e para os diferentes estágios da jornada dos consumidores.
  • Com base no comportamento do consumidor, elaborar materiais para uso da equipe comercial, tanto para captação de leads quanto para retenção de clientes.
  • Montar o calendário editorial da marca e estar em conversa muito próxima com os criadores de conteúdo, para que os materiais sejam produzidos de acordo com as diretrizes estabelecidas.
  • Fazer o levantamento das métricas, analisá-las e tornar o estudo visível para a empresa, gerando insumos para que as outras equipes pensem em próximos passos.

O que buscamos?

Pré-requisitos

  • Ensino superior completo em Marketing, Propaganda, Publicidade, Comunicação ou Administração.
  • Conhecimento em SEO.
  • Conhecimento nas ferramentas do Google, como AdWords, Analytics, Search Console e Google Trends.
  • Conhecimento das ferramentas SEMRush e Ubersuggest.
  • Conhecimento em estratégias off-line.
  • Experiência em automatização de processos, visando maior eficiência e escalabilidade.

Habilidades

  • Ser um bom comunicador, pensando que é preciso atingir os consumidores e potenciais consumidores de maneira precisa.
  • Ter senso de organização, uma vez que atuará à frente de diferentes formatos de conteúdo (on e off-line).
  • Ter pensamento ágil para a resolução de problemas.
  • Conseguir trabalhar com prazos curtos e com alta demanda.

Desejável

  • Conhecimento básico em plataformas de e-mail marketing.
  • Experiência prévia em construção de landing pages.
  • Conhecimento intermediário em tráfego pago.
