Zur Verstärkung unseres IT-Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen IT-Systemadministrator (m/w/d) – Server & Infrastruktur in Vollzeit. Die Position ist an unserem Headquarter in Holle angesiedelt und umfasst bei Bedarf auch Einsätze an unseren Lagerstandorten. Hybrides Arbeiten und Homeoffice sind nach Absprache möglich.

DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS:

  • Gemeinsam mit einem weiteren Kollegen verantwortest du unsere gesamte Server- und Infrastrukturlandschaft und sorgst für einen stabilen, sicheren und zukunftsfähigen Betrieb
  • Unsere Windows- und Linux-Server sowie die Hyper-V-Virtualisierungsumgebung werden von dir administriert, betreut und kontinuierlich weiterentwickelt
  • Entwicklungsumgebungen und dedizierte KI-Server setzt du auf, optimierst sie und stellst einen zuverlässigen Betrieb sicher
  • Im Zusammenspiel von On-Premise-Systemen und Microsoft 365 behältst du den Überblick und entwickelst unsere hybride Infrastruktur gezielt weiter
  • Patch-Management, Backups mit Veeam sowie regelmäßige Recovery-Tests gehören ebenso zu deinem Verantwortungsbereich wie deren laufende Optimierung und Automatisierung
  • Neue Technologien und Tools prüfst du auf ihren Mehrwert, bringst eigene Ideen ein und setzt passende Lösungen gemeinsam mit dem IT-Team und den Fachbereichen um
  • Eine verständliche und saubere Dokumentation unserer Systeme, Prozesse und Konfigurationen rundet deinen Aufgabenbereich ab

DAS BRINGST DU OPTIMALERWEISE MIT:

  • Eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung, ein Studium im Bereich Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Administration und Weiterentwicklung von Serverinfrastrukturen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows Server, Linux und Virtualisierung, idealerweise mit Hyper-V
  • Einen sicheren Umgang mit Docker und Kubernetes sowie Erfahrung mit Backup-Lösungen wie Veeam
  • Kenntnisse im Patch-Management und Interesse daran, Prozesse weiterzuentwickeln und zu automatisieren
  • Erfahrung mit Entwicklungsumgebungen und Microsoft 365 ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss
  • Eine eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Teamarbeit, bereichsübergreifender Zusammenarbeit und sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
