Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Junior Einkäufer (m/w/d) - E-Commerce in Vollzeit.

DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS:

  • Strategische und operative End-to-End Verantwortung für ausgewählte Warengruppen inklusive Sortiment, Verfügbarkeit, Preisgestaltung, Qualität und Margenentwicklung
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Einkaufsstrategien, Analyse relevanter Kennzahlen sowie Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen auf Basis von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Produktanalysen
  • Durchführung von Preis- und Konditions- und Vertragsverhandlungen mit bestehenden sowie neuen Lieferanten
  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung langfristiger Lieferantenbeziehungen
  • Steuerung von Bestellmengen, Lagerbeständen und Lieferterminen unter Berücksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit, Nachfrageentwicklung und saisonalem Timing
  • Frühzeitiges Erkennen von Risiken, Abweichungen und Engpässen sowie aktive Entwicklung und Umsetzung nachhaltiger Lösungen
  • Steuerung aller produktrelevanten Schnittstellen – von Supply Chain Management über Qualitätsmanagement bis hin zu Artwork und Logistik

DAS BRINGST DU OPTIMALERWEISE MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im E-Commerce, Handel oder in einem Produktumfeld
  • Fundierte Erfahrung im Lieferantenmanagement, in Preis- und Konditionsverhandlungen sowie in der Sortimentssteuerung
  • Sehr gutes Zahlenverständnis sowie sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Souveränes Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und ausgeprägtes Verhandlungsgeschick
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Entscheidungsfreude, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ein gutes Gespür für Markt- und Produkttrends
  • Technisches Verständnis sowie die Fähigkeit, Produktspezifikationen, Qualitätsanforderungen und technische Zusammenhänge zu verstehen, kritisch zu hinterfragen und gemeinsam mit Lieferanten und internen Fachbereichen weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sprachkenntnisse in Chinesisch von Vorteil
