Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams „Logistics“ suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) in Vollzeit für unser Head Office in Grasdorf.

DAS MACHST DU BEI UNS:

  • Du übernimmst die Disposition unserer Sendungen und sorgst dafür, dass benötigte Transportkapazitäten rechtzeitig geplant und verbindlich gebucht werden
  • Dabei hast du Kapazitäten, Kosten, Termine und mögliche Engpässe stets im Blick
  • Die Zusammenarbeit mit Paketdienstleistern, Speditionen und Lagerpartnern wird von dir aktiv gesteuert und weiterentwickelt
  • Gespräche mit dem transportierenden Gewerbe sowie externen Partnern führst du eigenständig, verbindlich und lösungsorientiert
  • Eingehende Warenströme koordinierst du in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Supply-Chain-Management
  • Frachtkosten- und Dienstleisterrechnungen prüfst du sorgfältig und klärst mögliche Abweichungen direkt mit den Beteiligten
  • Reklamationen im Transport- und Logistikbereich bearbeitest du strukturiert und lösungsorientiert
  • Als Schnittstelle zu Supply Chain, Einkauf, Kundenservice, Lager und IT sorgst du für einen reibungslosen Informationsfluss

DAS BRINGST DU OPTIMALERWEISE MIT:

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum/zur Kaufmann/-frau für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation mit Erfahrung im Bereich Spedition und Logistik.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Disposition, Transportlogistik oder Supply Chain ist von Vorteil
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für logistische Prozesse sowie Kosten- und Kapazitätsstrukturen im Transportbereich
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Dienstleistern und Partnern
  • Eine strukturierte, sorgfältige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise auch mit ERP- oder Warenwirtschaftssystemen
  • Belastbarkeit, Organisationsgeschick und ein gutes Gespür für Prioritäten im Tagesgeschäft
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierung, Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, Prozesse aktiv mitzugestalten
