Experiencia:

  • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en áreas de resurtido, planeación de demanda, cadenas de suministro, abastecimiento o puestos similares.
  • Al menos 1 año liderando o coordinando equipos de trabajo.
  • Experiencia en análisis de información comercial y generación de indicadores.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Excel Intermedio-Avanzado (indispensable).
  • Power BI básico-intermedio.
  • Indicadores de inventarios, resurtido y nivel de servicio.
  • Planeación de demanda.
  • Análisis de bases de datos y elaboración de reportes.

Actividades:

  • Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de resurtido, asegurando el cumplimiento de objetivos y una ejecución eficiente de los procesos.
  • Dar seguimiento a proyectos e iniciativas estratégicas del área.
  • Analizar información comercial, inventarios, demanda y comportamiento de ventas para identificar oportunidades de mejora.
  • Asegurar la correcta disponibilidad de producto en los diferentes puntos de venta.
  • Mantener una comunicación constante con áreas comerciales, operaciones, logística y atención al cliente.
  • Elaborar reportes e indicadores de desempeño para la toma de decisiones.
  • Participar en la planeación de la demanda y estrategias de abastecimiento.
  • Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para minimizar quiebres de inventario.
  • Promover una cultura de servicio al cliente interno y externo.
  • Gestionar y desarrollar al equipo a su cargo, fortaleciendo su desempeño y crecimiento profesional.
  • Garantizar la correcta planeación, coordinación y ejecución de las estrategias de resurtido en la región Centro, asegurando la disponibilidad de producto, optimizando los niveles de inventario y liderando equipos de trabajo para cumplir los objetivos comerciales y de servicio al cliente.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Negocios o afín.
