Experiencia en:

  • Resurtido y abasto de productos en tiendas de autoservicio.
  • Gestión de pedidos y seguimiento a órdenes de compra.
  • Administración de inventarios y disponibilidad de producto.
  • Atención y seguimiento a clientes de cadenas comerciales.
  • Monitoreo de ventas, existencias y niveles de servicio.
  • Coordinación con equipos de ventas.

Conocimientos técnicos:

  • Procesos de resurtido en autoservicio.
  • Manejo y control de inventarios.
  • Seguimiento a pedidos y órdenes de compra.
  • Indicadores comerciales y niveles de servicio.
  • Manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales.
  • Lectura y análisis de información comercial.

Actividades:

  • Dar seguimiento al resurtido de productos en las tiendas asignadas de la región norte.
  • Monitorear existencias, ventas, inventarios y disponibilidad de producto en punto de venta.
  • Generar y dar seguimiento a pedidos de acuerdo con la demanda y los niveles de inventario.
  • Identificar quiebres de stock, excedentes y oportunidades de mejora en el abasto.
  • Coordinar con clientes, centros de distribución y equipos internos la atención de incidencias.
  • Validar el cumplimiento de las entregas y el abastecimiento de las tiendas.
  • Analizar información comercial para proponer acciones que mejoren la disponibilidad y las ventas.
  • Elaborar reportes de resurtido, inventarios, ventas y niveles de servicio.
  • Dar seguimiento a planes de acción derivados de desviaciones en el abasto.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los procesos comerciales y lineamientos establecidos.

Escolaridad:

Licenciatura en administración, comercio, negocios, ingeniería industrial o afines.
