KALO ist der Partner für die smarte Energiewende in der Wohnimmobilie. Wir erfassen den Energie- und Wasserverbrauch in Mehrparteienhäusern, bringen smarte Thermostate in die Wohnung, um Heizenergie zu sparen und binden Photovoltaik und Ladeinfrastruktur für Elektrofahrzeuge in die Immobilie ein. Zur langfristigen Verstärkung unseres internen Teams, suchen wir Dich als Systemadministrator:in (w/m/d) Cloud Applications & Atlassian. Du bist Teil des IT‑Operations Teams und übernimmst die Verantwortung für die Administration und das Management unserer Cloud‑Anwendungen, mit klarem Schwerpunkt auf Atlassian (Jira & Confluence). Dabei gestaltest du aktiv mit, wie unsere Fachbereiche mit modernen SaaS‑Tools arbeiten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Administration und Weiterentwicklung der Atlassian‑Suite (Jira & Confluence Cloud)
  • Konfiguration von Projekten, Workflows sowie Benutzer- und Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Management von Apps, Integrationen sowie Automatisierungen (APIs, Webhooks)
  • Betreuung verschiedener Cloud- und SaaS‑Tools (z. B. Zendesk, Google Workspace)
  • Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID (User-, Rollen- und Zugriffsverwaltung, SSO/SCIM)
  • Sicherstellung von Systemverfügbarkeit, Stabilität und Performance
  • Beratung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der optimalen Nutzung der Tools
  • Dokumentation von Systemlandschaften und Änderungen
  • Unterstützung im 3rd‑Level‑Support sowie bei komplexen Serviceanfragen

Das bringst Du mit

  • Erfahrung in der Administration von Atlassian‑Tools (Jira/Confluence)
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit SaaS‑Plattformen wie Zendesk, Google Workspace
  • Erfahrung mit Entra ID / Azure AD und modernen Berechtigungskonzepten
  • Technisches Verständnis für Integrationen, SSO, SCIM, APIs und Workflows
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamplayer mit Spaß daran, Wissen weiterzugeben
  • Lust, dich in neue Themen und Tools einzuarbeiten
