Tööülesanded: Kambja Vallavolikogu otsustas 23. septembri 2026. aasta otsusega nr 44 „Äriühingute ühendamine“ ühendada Kambja vallale kuuluvad äriühingud OÜ Olme ja OÜ Ülenurme Teed. Ühinemise bilansipäevaks on määratud 1. jaanuar 2027. Sinu peamised ülesanded:

Äriühingute ühinemise ettevalmistamine ja elluviimine: • OÜ Olme ja OÜ Ülenurme Teed ühinemise ettevalmistavate tegevuste kavandamine, koordineerimine ja elluviimine koostöös ettevõtete ning Kambja Vallavalitsusega; • ühinemisega seotud tegevuste ajakava koostamine ja täitmise jälgimine, et tagada ühinemise õigeaegne ja korrektne lõpuleviimine; • OÜ Olme ja OÜ Ülenurme Teed töökorralduse, vastutusalade ja juhtimisprotsesside ühendamise kavandamine ning ühise toimimismudeli ettevalmistamine; • lepingute, töötajate, vara, õiguste ja kohustuste üleminekuga seotud tegevuste koordineerimine; • ühinemisega seotud raamatupidamisliku, finantsilise ja juriidilise ettevalmistuse korraldamine koostöös vastavate spetsialistide ja partneritega. • ühinemisega kaasnevate riskide hindamine ning tegevuste kavandamine teenuste katkematu osutamise tagamiseks.

Ühinenud ettevõtte juhtimine ja arendamine: • ettevõtte igapäevase tegevuse korraldamine ning põhitegevuse järjepidevuse tagamine; • ettevõtte tegevuskava, eelarve ja arengusuundade kavandamine ning elluviimine; • finantside, varade ja kohustuste tõhus ning vastutustundlik juhtimine; • teenuste kvaliteedi, kulutõhususe ja töökorralduse arendamine; • ettevõtte organisatsioonilise struktuuri kujundamine ning töötajate koostöö ja tulemuslikkuse toetamine; • koostöö korraldamine Kambja Vallavalitsuse, valla asutuste, teenuse kasutajate ja teiste koostööpartneritega; • ettevõtte esindamine ning omaniku seatud eesmärkide täitmise tagamine.

Omalt poolt pakume: • võimalust anda oluline panus Kambja valla äriühingute ühendamisse ja ühinenud ettevõtte kujundamisse;• sisukat juhtimisülesannet, milles saad rakendada oma teadmisi organisatsiooni arendamisel ja muudatuste elluviimisel; • võimalust kujundada tõhusamat töökorraldust ning arendada valla elanikele ja asutustele osutatavaid teenuseid; • koostööd Kambja Vallavalitsuse, ettevõtte töötajate ja teiste partneritega; • vastutusele ja kandidaadi kogemusele vastavat töötasu alates 3000 eurot kuus.

Muud nõuded: Ootame sinult: kõrgharidust, eelistatult majanduse, juhtimise, õiguse, tehnika või muul ametikohaga seotud erialal; eesti keele oskust kõnes ja kirjas väga heal tasemel ning vähemalt ühe võõrkeele oskust tööks vajalikul tasemel; varasemat juhtimiskogemust ning oskust juhtida inimesi, protsesse ja eelarvet; häid finantsteadmisi ning võimet analüüsida ettevõtte majandustulemusi ja kavandada selle edasist tegevust; kohaliku omavalitsuse toimimispõhimõtete ja ülesannete tundmist; projektide ja muudatuste juhtimise oskust ning suutlikkust korraldada mitut omavahel seotud tegevust paralleelselt; analüütilist mõtlemist, süsteemsust, otsustusvõimet ja tulemustele orienteeritust; head suhtlemis- ja koostööoskust ning valmisolekut teha tihedat koostööd erinevate osapooltega. Kasuks tuleb varasem kogemus äriühingute juhtimise, organisatsiooniliste muudatuste, lepingute ja varade haldamisega.
