_Are you an experienced strategy consultant, ready to take full ownership of strategic projects and see your recommendations through to impact? Do you want to lead focused project teams and work closely with our senior leadership on key strategic projects? **Here Is What The Role Entails

**As our Strategy Manager, you will lead key strategic projects across Kamstrup, supported by a project team. You will own the projects end-to-end, from scoping and planning through analysis and recommendations to engaging the stakeholders who will implement them.

More specifically, you will be:

  • Acting as project manager on selected strategic projects within or across business units, including scoping, planning, and day-to-day management of the project team
  • Owning project deliverables, from analysis and problem-solving to communication of recommendations
  • Facilitating workshops and strategic discussions with senior management and relevant subject matter experts
  • Acting as a sparring partner and challenger to the business, ensuring that decisions rest on validated insights
  • Contributing to the development of our internal ‘consultancy toolbox’, strategy frameworks and ways of working

This is an opportunity to work in time-boxed, agile projects, grounded in data-driven insights and close collaboration with the business. Unlike in consulting, you stay close to the organization after the final presentation and see the results of your work.

**With direct reference to Head of Strategy and Market Intelligence, you will become part of our Strategy and Market Intelligence team. We partner with Kamstrup’s senior leadership to shape the company’s strategic direction and deliver high-impact projects across the organization. **Less About Us, More About You

**We are looking for a Strategy Manager who has a structured and hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving. You are proactive, and able to navigate complex challenges by turning data and insights into clear recommendations and tangible business outcomes.

In order to succeed, we imagine that you:

  • Hold a relevant master's degree in e.g. business administration, economics, finance, or engineering with strong academic results
  • Bring 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, or in a comparable role within an internal Strategy function including 1-2 years of experience leading strategic projects or workstreams with responsibility for team members and deliverables
  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excel in communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
