Talent Acquisition Specialist / Chargé(e) de recrutement

Votre périmètre : les pays francophones avec la France, la Belgique et le Maroc, les pays germanophones avec la Suisse et l'Allemagne.

Vos langues de travail : Français, Allemand et Anglais langue de travail du groupe.

Votre localisation au choix : Sarralbe (57) ou Neuves-Maisons (54) ou Buc (78). Déplacements sur tous les sites à prévoir.

Dans le cadre de notre développement, nous recherchons un(e) Talent Acquisition Specialist / Chargé(e) de recrutement pour accompagner nos équipes dans l’identification et le recrutement de nouveaux talents. Véritable partenaire des managers, vous pilotez les recrutements de votre périmètre et conseillez les équipes sur les meilleures stratégies d’attraction et de sélection des candidats.

Vos responsabilités

  • Piloter l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, du lancement du besoin avec le manager jusqu’aux entretiens finaux et, selon le périmètre, à la préparation et la négociation de l’offre.
  • Conseiller les Hiring Managers sur les stratégies de recrutement, les canaux et les méthodes de sourcing les plus adaptés à leurs besoins.
  • Identifier et approcher directement les candidats grâce à l’Active Sourcing, notamment via les réseaux sociaux professionnels.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes People & Culture, Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility et Tax afin d’assurer le bon déroulement des recrutements.
  • Contribuer aux initiatives locales de marque employeur, notamment les salons de recrutement, relations avec les écoles/universités et autres actions permettant d’attirer les talents.

Qualifications

Votre profil

  • Vous disposez d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience professionnelle, dont 2 ans minimum en recrutement, idéalement dans un environnement international et industriel.
  • Vous maîtrisez les techniques de sourcing et d’approche directe, notamment via les réseaux sociaux et outils de recrutement.
  • Vous maîtrisez l’anglais et la langue locale ; toute langue supplémentaire constitue un atout.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes capacités de communication, de networking et de négociation, avec une forte orientation clients et business.
  • Autonome, dynamique et organisé(e), vous savez évoluer dans un environnement exigeant et rythmé, tout en faisant preuve de discrétion, d’éthique, de curiosité et de sensibilité interculturelle.
