Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Finanzbuchhalter (m/w/d) für unser Team, der eigenverantwortlich Finanzbuchhaltungen für einen festen Mandantenstamm betreut und aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung unserer digitalen Prozesse mitwirkt. Wenn du mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mitbringst, strukturiert arbeitest, eigenverantwortlich vorgehst und in einem vollständig digitalisierten Kanzleiumfeld arbeiten möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig!

Was macht Schweiger und Steinhöfer genau?

Schweiger und Steinhöfer PartG mbB ist eine wachsende Steuerberatungskanzlei mit Sitz in Krailling bei München und einem neuen Standort in der Maximilianstraße im Münchner Stadtzentrum. Mit 25 Experten, 5 Berufsträgern und 750 Mandanten gehören wir als Mitglied des DATEV-Innovation-Circle zu den 300 digitalsten DATEV-Kanzleien Deutschlands. Das bedeutet in der Praxis: Zugang zu DATEV-Tools, die anderen Kanzleien erst in 2–3 Jahren zur Verfügung stehen, sowie standardisierte digitale Abläufe, die unnötige Routinearbeit reduzieren.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Finanzbuchhaltung für Unternehmen inkl. laufender Buchung, Abstimmung und Auswertung
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen, Statistiken und Berichten für Mandanten
  • Fristenüberwachung sowie Berücksichtigung gesetzlicher Änderungen im Steuerrecht bei der laufenden Buchhaltung
  • Arbeit in digitalen Vorsystemen sowie modernen DATEV-Tools

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte (m/w/d) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber digitalen Prozessen und Bereitschaft zur aktiven Mitgestaltung
  • Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV, MS Office, Word und Excel
