Sie verfügen über fundierte Erfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung, arbeiten strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich und fühlen sich in digitalen Buchhaltungsprozessen ebenso sicher wie im Umgang mit HGB. Mit Ihrem analytischen Denken, Ihrer hohen Sorgfalt und Ihrer Teamorientierung leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag zu einem reibungslosen Rechnungswesen.

Die Aufgaben

  • eine ordnungsgemäße Buchführung sicherstellen
  • selbständig die Bearbeitung aller anfallenden buchhalterischen Vorgänge vornehmen
  • Ein- und Ausgangsrechnungen sowie Mahnungen erfassen und erstellen
  • offene Posten von Debitoren pflegen und deren Fälligkeiten in Bankeinzügen überwachen
  • Zahlungsläufe zeitnah generieren
  • Personen- und Sachkonten regelmäßig abstimmen
  • bei der Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse nach HGB mitwirken
  • beim Übergang von MS Dynamics zu Business Central mitwirken
  • bei der Anwendung von DATEV Unternehmen Online und Kanzlei Rechnungswesen unterstützen

Das Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem kaufmännischen oder steuerberatenden Beruf mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Buchhaltungssystemen, idealerweise mit Business Central, DATEV und Anwendung von MS-Office-Programmen
  • Engagement und ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative, sowie Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und Objektivität
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen und zielgerichtete Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gute Organisation, Stressresistenz und ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse des HGB
