1、4年以上商业化/变现/增长产品经验，有 IAP 方向经验优先 2、强数据能力：能独立完成指标拆解、漏斗分析、分群分析、实验设计与结论复盘 3、强商业化直觉：懂用户为什么愿意付钱，懂“价格/价值/场景/心理锚点” 4、熟悉移动端支付与商店体系：iOS/Google Play 内购流程、订阅/一次性购买/恢复购买等 5、良好的项目推进能力：能在资源有限情况下推动跨团队落地 6、英文读写沟通良好（面向海外市场更佳）
