1. 负责公司社交产品出海业务，海外信息流广告视频剪辑； 2. 具备一定的文案能力，能根据产品特点编写以及剪辑；可驾驭多种剪辑风格； 3. 结合App、地区特色及渠道特性进行差异化设计，提升点击率及安装率，为素材的最终效果负责； 4. 与广告优化师沟通协作，根据每日投放素材数据进行分析，持续优化广告创意（以视频广告为主）； 5. 研究主流AI绘图工具进行创作（包含但不限于：Stable Diffusion WebUl, comfyui, Midjourney)，并总结AI工具的使用逻辑和优缺点输出相关工作流经验

1. 本科以上学历，3年以上海外广告设计工作经验，如Facebook、Google、TikTok等，有海外小说阅读量积累量的优先； 2. 熟练使用PS/AE/AI/PR等设计软件，能设计制作视频和图片； 3. 学习能力强、能够对新鲜技术充满热爱与探索精神，善于创新，爱开脑洞； 4. 具备良好的沟通能力，有团队精神和责任感，有较好的抗压能力； - 加分项： 1. 英语能力，海外学习工作背景，做过欧美市场产品，熟悉欧美市场视觉偏好； 2. 具备一定进阶的AIGC能力者、插画、3D、视频、文案等附加能力。
