岗位目标 面向Emochi全球用户，围绕订阅、虚拟商品及增值服务，搭建并持续优化商业化活动体系。通过用户分层、生命周期运营和地区本地化活动，提升用户的付费体验、付费转化、复购/续费及长期价值，推动业务收入可持续增长。

岗位职责 1. 负责Emochi全球商业化活动的策略制定与落地，对活动带来的付费转化、复购及增量收入负责。 2. 建立全球及重点市场的商业化活动日历，结合开斋节、情人节、万圣节、圣诞节等全球或地区性节日，设计符合当地文化和用户偏好的本地化活动。 3. 围绕不同用户生命周期，针对免费用户、新付费用户、低频付费用户、高价值用户及流失付费用户，制定差异化的活动及触达策略。 4. 基于产品现有的订阅、虚拟币、礼包、权益和内容等商业化能力，策划限时权益、付费任务、主题活动等玩法，并持续探索新的商业化场景。 5. 与产品、设计、研发、数据及本地化团队紧密协作，完成活动方案、资源准备、配置上线、过程监控及复盘优化。 6. 通过用户数据分析、A/B测试和活动复盘，评估活动的真实收入增量、付费转化、复购、ROI及对日常收入的影响，持续优化活动策略。 7. 兼顾部分用户活跃与留存活动，通过内容、互动和节日运营提升用户参与度，并推动活跃用户向付费用户转化。 8. 沉淀商业化活动方法论、用户分层策略及地区运营经验，逐步建立可复用、可规模化的全球商业化运营体系。

1. 3年以上海外消费互联网产品的商业化运营、活动运营经验；有游戏、社交、直播、内容、AI陪伴等产品经验优先。 2. 独立负责过以营收为目标的运营活动，对订阅、IAP、虚拟币、虚拟商品、礼包或增值权益中的一种或多种商业模式有实际经验。 3. 具备较强的用户分层和生命周期运营能力，能够围绕首付、复购、续费、召回等目标设计完整运营策略。 4. 数据敏感度高，能够分析付费转化率、ARPU、ARPPU、复购率、续费率及活动ROI，并根据数据快速调整策略。 5. 对海外市场和跨文化用户需求有较好的理解，能够结合不同国家、宗教及地区文化完成活动本地化。 6. 具备较强的项目推动能力，能够协调产品、研发、设计、数据和本地化等团队推动活动高质量上线。 7. 结果导向，具备较强的Owner意识，既能制定策略，也愿意深入活动执行和数据复盘。

加分项 1. 有中东、东南亚、北美等重点海外市场的本地化运营经验。 2. 有AI角色扮演、AI陪伴、泛娱乐或UGC产品经验。 3. 做过付费体系、定价、Paywall、会员权益或虚拟经济相关项目。 4. 熟悉SQL、BI工具或常用数据分析平台。 5. 有从0到1搭建商业化活动体系经验。
