Accounting Manager: Process Payroll, Maintain General Ledger and Manage Accounts Receivables

Your tasks

We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced accounting professional to join our team in the role of Accounting Manager, to be based in Cincinnati, Ohio. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic growing environment and contribute to the growth of our operations in the USA region.

This role includes payroll preparation, accounts receivable management, general ledger management, financial reporting, and other finance related initiatives/projects

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily Operations: Handle accounts receivable, payroll, general ledgers, and regular account reconciliations.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income and balance sheet reports.
  • Month- and Year-End Close: Assist with close processes, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
  • Payroll Preparation: Assemble payroll information on a Semi-Monthly basis, manage employee records, tax and benefits, prepare payroll using ADP.
  • Compliance and Audits: Enforce GARM compliance, support internal controls, and assist with internal and external auditors.

Requirements and Qualifications

· Experience: Minimum 7 years of accounting experience, working experience in a multinational company environment, with ability to operate in diverse cultures. Comfortable working based on the financial closing timeline

· Skills: Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online, ERP/accounting software, Bill.com, data analysis and project accounting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and Teams). High attention to detail and accuracy, excellent customer service skills and service-minded approach. Knowledge of Service Contract accounting is a plus.
