Für die Abteilung Fertigung-Baugruppen/Schweißen suchen wir ab sofort einen Kollegen als Maschinenbediener Schweißtechnik (m/w/d).

Your tasks

  • Du richtest Schweißanlagen ein, rufst Schweißprogramme ab und stellst Schweißparameter gemäß Auftragsvorgaben ein.
  • Du transportierst Roh- und Fertigteile sicher mit Flurförderfahrzeugen, Hallenkranen und Transportwagen.
  • Du positionierst, heftest und schweißt Baugruppen nach technischen Zeichnungen, Arbeitsplänen und Qualitätsvorgaben.
  • Du bedienst und überwachst Schweißanlagen unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften.
  • Du bearbeitest Schweißnähte nach, schleifst Sichtflächen lackiergerecht und richtest Bauteile bei Bedarf aus.
  • Du führst Sicht-, Maß- und Qualitätskontrollen durch und überprüfst Schweißverzüge sowie Toleranzen.
  • Du meldest Fertigungsaufträge im ERP-System zurück und stellst die termingerechte Bereitstellung der Baugruppen sicher.
  • Du führst einfache Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten durch und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Fertigungsprozesse.

Your profile

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich, beispielsweise als Konstruktionsmechaniker (m/w/d), Metallbauer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du hast mehrere Jahre Erfahrung im Bedienen von Schweißrobotern (Cloos Roboter wären von Vorteil)
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über Erfahrung im Schweißen von Baugruppen (MAG)
  • Du kannst technische Zeichnungen sicher lesen und umsetzen.
  • Du arbeitest sorgfältig, qualitätsbewusst und eigenverantwortlich.
  • Du bringst Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und eine hands-on Mentalität mit.
  • Der Umgang mit Hallenkränen und Flurförderfahrzeugen ist dir idealerweise vertraut.
