Zur Unterstützung unserer wachsenden Projekte suchen wir einen Technischen Redakteur (m/w/d), der technische Dokumentationen für intralogistische Anlagen und Systeme erstellt, strukturiert und pflegt. Ziel ist eine verständliche und normgerechte Dokumentation für Betrieb, Wartung und Service unserer Anlagen.

Your tasks

  • Erstellung und Pflege technischer Beschreibungen und Dokumentationen für intralogistische Anlagen und Systeme
  • Zusammenstellung und Strukturierung von Projekt- und Anlagendokumentationen nach geltenden Normen (z. B. Maschinenrichtlinie / EU-Maschinenverordnung, CE-Dokumentation) auf verschiedenen Medien
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung von Cloud basierenden Enddokumentationen
  • Aufbereitung komplexer technischer Inhalte für Betrieb, Wartung und Service
  • Erstellung technischer Grafiken, Illustrationen und Funktionsbeschreibungen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Software, Projektmanagement und Service
  • Aufbau und Pflege von Dokumentationsstandards sowie Verwaltung der Dokumentation in Schema ST4
  • Unterstützung bei Übersetzungen und Erstellung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Typische Dokumente: Betriebs- und Montageanleitungen, Wartungs- und Servicehandbücher, Sicherheits- und Risikobetrachtungen, Anlagen- und Funktionsbeschreibungen, Ersatzteillisten und technische Datenblätter, CE-Dokumentation

Your profile

  • Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Technische Redaktion, Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung in der Maschinen- und Anlagendokumentation
  • Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Richtlinien (z. B. Maschinenrichtlinie, DIN EN ISO 20607) sowie Erfahrung mit Redaktionssystemen und Grafiktools
  • Technisches Verständnis für Automatisierungs- und Intralogistiksysteme
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
