About the Team

The Kardigan Pharmacovigilance Department is dedicated to ensuring the safe and effective use of the Company’s products by systematically monitoring, identifying, and evaluating adverse drug reactions and other medication-related risks. Working closely with colleagues across Clinical Development, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Quality, Clinical Operations and Commercial functions, the team turns safety data into clear, evidence-based judgments about benefit and risk that shape how our programs are designed, communicated, and approved.

We are building a team where scientific rigor, sound judgment, and a practical, solutions-oriented mindset matter more than hierarchy. Team members have the opportunity to build the standards, systems, and technology-enabled ways of working that will support Kardigan's portfolio as it grows, and to see that work reflected directly in how patients living with cardiovascular disease are protected.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
