Ihre Aufgaben

Der (Senior) Specialist Datenmigration verantwortet die strukturierte, qualitätsgesicherte und termingerechte Überführung relevanter Unternehmensdaten aus bestehenden Quellsystemen in Proalpha. Ziel der Rolle ist es, eine belastbare Datenbasis für den produktiven ERP-Betrieb sicherzustellen und ausgewählte Fachbereiche bei Datenanalyse, Bereinigung, Mapping, Entwicklung von Datenwürfeln in Infozoom, Testmigration und Go-live-Vorbereitung methodisch und technisch zu unterstützen. Die Rolle agiert als Teil eines Datenübername-Teams. Sie ersetzt nicht die fachliche Verantwortung der Datenverantwortliche in den Fachbereichen, sorgt jedoch dafür, dass Datenmigration strukturiert und technisch sauber umgesetzt wird.

  • Strukturierung und Aufbereitung der Daten aus den Quellsystemen zur Datenübernahme
  • Bau von Datenwürfeln zur Migration von Daten aus diversen Quellsystemen (insbesondere Infor XPERT) nach Proalpha
  • Überwachen und sicherstellen der Datenqualität in den verantworteten Bereichen
  • Migration der Daten in Test- und Produktivsysteme

Ihr Profil

  • praktische Erfahrung in der Datenmigration bei ERP Systemeinführungen, insbesondere im Kontext Proalpha
  • Verständnis zentraler ERP-Datenobjekte wie Kunden, Lieferanten, Artikel, Stücklisten, Arbeitspläne, Bestände, offene Aufträge, Bestellungen und Finanzdaten
  • Erfahrung im Aufbau von Migrationsstrukturen, Datenwürfeln, Mapping-Tabellen, Upload-Dateien und Transformationslogiken
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel, Datenbanken und Abfragesprachen; SQL-Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit ETL- oder Migrationswerkzeugen sind von Vorteil, idealerweise Erfahrung mit dem Tool Infozoom / Analyzer
  • Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch
