- Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen von der Prüfung, Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung bis zur Angebotsnachverfolgung - Bearbeitung und Abstimmung technischer Kundenanfragen in Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen - Koordination von Kundenprojekten sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen - Steuerung von Produktanläufen und -ausläufen sowie Auftragsabwicklung, Disposition und Terminverfolgung - Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Key Account Management bei der Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Kundenbeziehungen - Proaktive Kommunikation mit Kunden und internen Ansprechpartnern - Vorbereitung von Kundenterminen sowie Erstellung von Auswertungen und Analysen - Pflege von Kundenportalen sowie Kunden-, Artikel- und Projektdaten in ERP- und CRM-Systemen - Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Unterstützung im Forderungsmanagement

Ihr Profil

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung mit technischer Affinität oder technische Ausbildung mit kaufmännischem Schwerpunkt - Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsinnendienst, Customer Service oder vergleichbar - Technisches Verständnis sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit Zeichnungen und Spezifikationen - Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie idealerweise ERP-Systemen (Infor, ProAlpha) - Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Erfahrungen im Automotive-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit Kundenportalen und EDI-Prozessen. - Kundenorientierte, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise - Kommunikationsstärke, sicheres Auftreten und hohe Teamfähigkeit - Organisationsgeschick, Eigeninitiative sowie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität
