Om tjänsten

Som kvalitets- och hållbarhetssamordnare blir du en viktig del av Verksamhetsstöd och får en central roll i Karlskronahems fortsatta utveckling. Du samordnar, utvecklar och följer upp vårt arbete inom kvalitet, hållbarhet, intern kontroll, arbetsmiljö, brandskydd och övergripande HR-processer. Du förvaltar bolagets ledningssystem, driver hållbarhetsarbetet och samordnar intern kontroll, riskhantering och hållbarhetsrapportering. I rollen ansvarar du också för det systematiska arbetsmiljö- och brandskyddsarbetet, stöttar chefer i HR- och arbetsmiljöfrågor och samordnar verksamhetsövergripande processer. Du arbetar nära verksamheten, bygger många värdefulla kontakter både internt och externt och rapporterar till VD.

Om dig

  • Högskoleutbildning inom kvalitet, hållbarhet, HR, verksamhetsutveckling eller annan utbildning som arbetsgivaren bedömer som likvärdig.
  • Erfarenhet av kvalitets, förbättrings eller verksamhetsutvecklingsarbete.
  • God förståelse för hur processer, styrning och uppföljning bidrar till verksamhetens utveckling.
  • Erfarenhet av HR-relaterat arbete samt god förståelse för HR-processer.
  • Mycket god förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska samt att ta fram rapporter, beslutsunderlag och presentationer. Det är meriterande om du har erfarenhet av:
  • Ledningssystem och processutveckling.
  • Intern kontroll och riskhantering.
  • Arbetsmiljö- och brandskyddsarbete.
  • Hållbarhetsarbete och hållbarhetsrapportering.
  • Samordnande, projektledande eller verksamhetsutvecklande roller.

Du skapar ordning i komplexa frågor, driver förbättringsarbete med energi och omsätter idéer till lösningar som fungerar i vardagen. Med din pedagogiska och kommunikativa förmåga väcker du engagemang, skapar delaktighet och bygger förtroendefulla relationer med både kollegor och externa samarbetspartners. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

Tjänsten är en heltidstjänst hos AB Karlskronahem. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Anställningen kan komma att inledas med provanställning.
