Om tjänsten

Som kundservicemedarbetare ingår du i Kundserviceavdelningen och har en central roll i kontakten med både befintliga och blivande hyresgäster. Du ansvarar för att ge god service och vägledning i vår bobutik, via telefon och digitala kanaler samt hanterar administrativa uppgifter kopplade till uthyrning och kundservice. Rollen innebär daglig kontakt med hyresgäster, kollegor och externa samarbetspartners och du bidrar till att skapa en professionell, tillgänglig och välkomnande kundupplevelse. Hos oss är ingen dag den andra lik.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter är att:

  • Ge kundservice i bobutik, via telefon och digitala kanaler.
  • Ta emot och administrera serviceanmälningar.
  • Hantera administrativa uppgifter kopplade till uthyrning, såsom kontrakt, nycklar och boendeinformation.
  • Genomföra visningar av lediga bostäder.
  • Ge stöd och information till hyresgäster och bostadssökande.
  • Samverka med kollegor och externa aktörer för att säkerställa en god service till våra kunder.

Om dig

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av kundservice, administration eller annan serviceinriktad verksamhet.
  • God datorvana och lätt för att arbeta i olika digitala system.
  • God förmåga att uttrycka dig i tal och skrift på svenska och engelska.
  • B-körkort.
  • Gärna kunskap inom uthyrning och hyresjuridik.

Som person är du flexibel, serviceinriktad, strukturerad och lösningsorienterad. Du trivs med att hantera stora mängder information och ha många kontaktytor dagligen. Du är kommunikativ och har en god förmåga att skapa förtroendefulla relationer. Du arbetar självständigt samtidigt som du uppskattar att samarbeta nära dina kollegor för att nå gemensamma mål. Vi lägger stor vikt vid personlig lämplighet.

För din kännedom

Tjänsten är en heltidstjänst hos AB Karlskrona hem. Tillträde enligt överenskommelse. Anställningen kan komma att inledas med provanställning.
