📋 Responsabilidades

  1. Coordenar e acompanhar as atividades das equipes de produção e envase;
  2. Garantir o cumprimento das ordens de produção dentro dos prazos e padrões de qualidade estabelecidos;
  3. Assegurar o uso correto de equipamentos, matérias-primas e insumos;
  4. Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho (produtividade, rendimento, retrabalho e perdas);
  5. Apoiar a supervisão na implementação de melhorias contínuas no processo produtivo;
  6. Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança, limpeza e organização (5S) na área de trabalho;
  7. Realizar treinamentos operacionais e acompanhar o desenvolvimento dos operadores;
  8. Reportar desvios, paradas e ocorrências à liderança imediata.

🎓 Qualificações

  1. Ensino médio completo (desejável técnico ou superior em Produção, Logística, Mecânica ou áreas correlatas);
  2. Experiência prévia em liderança de equipes de produção industrial;
  3. Desejável vivência no segmento de lubrificantes, químico ou petroquímico;
  4. Conhecimento básico em indicadores de produção e controle de processos;
  5. Habilidade em liderança, comunicação e resolução de problemas;
  6. Disponibilidade para atuar em turnos, conforme necessidade operacional.
