Você será responsável por acompanhar, analisar e otimizar a operação logística envolvendo veículos próprios e de transportadoras parceiras, garantindo eficiência, segurança e cumprimento dos prazos de entrega.

📋 Responsabilidades

-Gerir e monitorar as frotas próprias e de terceiros, garantindo disponibilidade e bom estado dos veículos;

-Planejar e controlar rotas, prazos e custos de transporte;

-Acompanhar manutenção preventiva e corretiva dos veículos próprios;

-Negociar e acompanhar contratos com transportadoras terceirizadas;

-Garantir o cumprimento das normas de segurança e legislação de transporte;

-Monitorar indicadores de desempenho (pontualidade, custos, utilização, etc.);

-Propor melhorias para otimização de processos logísticos e redução de custos;

-Elaborar relatórios de desempenho e apresentar resultados à gestão.

🎓 Qualificações

-Ensino superior completo em Logística, Administração ou áreas correlatas;

-Experiência sólida em gestão de frotas (próprias e terceirizadas);

-Conhecimento em legislação de transporte e segurança;

-Domínio de Excel e familiaridade com sistemas de gestão logística/ERP;

-Perfil analítico, proativo e com boa comunicação.
