Ledarskap & Projekthantering i Sverige AB är ett privatägt dotterbolag till Karved Sweden AB och har idag en verksamhet som erbjuder bland annat projektledarutbildningar. Vi söker en medarbetare som skall jobba som vår säljare, från vårt kontor i Staffanstorp. Arbetsuppgifter: Som säljare är ditt huvudsakliga ansvarsområde att sälja och marknadsföra företagets utbildningar till både nya och befintliga kunder i hela Sverige, uteslutande till B2B-kunder och offentliga sektorn. Vi har idag en stor befintlig kundstock, våra kunder finns både bland privata företag, kommuner och landsting. Som säljare kommer du dels att sköta kontakten med kunden, sälja och marknadsföra företagets utbildningar och svara på offertförfrågningar. Tjänsten innebär mycket externa kundrelationer men också kontakt med interna parter, såsom lärare, vilket ställer krav på din sociala och kommunikativa förmåga. Du kommer också att följa och utveckla processer, rutiner och säljmaterial.

Kunskap: Du är en självgående driven person och van att planera, strukturera och hålla tidplaner. Kommunicerar obehindrat på svenska, i såväl tal som skrift Vi ser gärna att du har en god analytisk förmåga. Du har en god kommunikativ förmåga där vi vill att du bygger ett kontaktnät både externt och internt. Vidare önskar vi att du har en god samarbetsförmåga och trivs att arbeta både i team och individuellt, samt är ödmjuk inför din omgivning. Du är en lagspelare med vana att driva hela säljprocessen själv. Du som söker skall gärna ha tidigare erfarenhet av att arbeta inom försäljning av tjänster och ha arbetat med administration. Du är representativ och bra på att skapa och underhålla affärsrelationer och rör dig bekvämt mellan olika miljöer och sammanhang Som person är du arbetsam och mån om att göra ett bra jobb. Du skall vara ordningsam, energisk, snabbstartad, affärsmässig, mål- och resultatinriktad, driven, självgående och tycka om utmaningar. Du har god datorvana och att du har goda kunskaper i Office-paketet, samt goda kunskaper i att jobba med sociala medier. Du har troligen en teknisk/ekonomisk utbildning i botten eller annan utbildning och erfarenhet. Vi söker någon som kan utvecklas med företaget.
