_____________________________________ Senior Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer Contract opportunity | Canada remote | Bilingual French and English Duration - Initial 3 months Location - Remote from Quebec or elsewhere in Canada Experience - 5+ years relevant experience Language requirement: French required; functional English required Role Overview We are seeking a senior, hands-on Microsoft Fabric Data Engineer to support and enhance a production data and business intelligence environment. Design and support reliable data integration and replication solutions using SQL Server technologies such as Change Data Capture, transactional replication, log shipping, Always On, and mirroring. Assess replication options and clearly explain their strengths, limitations, availability characteristics, and appropriate use cases. Create and optimize Power BI semantic models using star schema principles. Select and implement the appropriate Power BI connectivity pattern—Direct Lake, Import, or DirectQuery—based on performance, freshness, scale, and operational needs. Implement and tune incremental refresh strategies for large datasets. Maintain and support the existing SSRS and SSAS platforms; replacement of these platforms is not part of the current mandate. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
