This is a hybrid position for those living within a commutable distance to our Cork, Ireland office, or fully remote for those living outside a commutable distance.

About the Role
The SEO & AI Search Specialist will play a key role in creating truly local content and optimizing existing content to improve our organic search rankings and drive visibility, growth and conversions to our website. We are looking for someone who is passionate about SEO and motivated by driving conversions and lead generation, content optimization and is comfortable working across on-page SEO, technical SEO and content implementation, with a proven track record of driving organic growth. You’ll bring experience in traditional SEO, while also helping us adapt to Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), optimizing content for AI-powered search engines. The ideal candidate will be a native French speaker with a strong understanding of French search behaviour, language nuances and cultural context.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end SEO/GEO workflow, from identifying new content and optimization opportunities through keyword and competitor research, brief creation, implementation, performance tracking, reporting and audits
- Optimize and localize content for international audiences, with primary ownership of the French market ensuring cultural and linguistic relevance
- Support the development and execution of the SEO/GEO strategy for the French market
- Optimize blog articles, product pages, landing pages, glossary pages and other website content
- Work closely and collaboratively with the entire global SEO/GEO team
- Support and contribute to our GEO efforts, including optimizing content for visibility in AI-powered answers
- Work with Development, Product and Design teams to document SEO requirements, follow up on implementation and validate completed changes
- Track, analyse and report on website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO/GEO industry tools
- Manage the EMEA SEO/GEO content calendar for blogs
- Stay updated on SEO/GEO trends and algorithm updates
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design and development, to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into all digital assets
- Continuously test and refine SEO strategies to drive continuous improvement
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on SEO experience
- Native French speaker with excellent written French and a strong understanding of French search behaviour and cultural nuances
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and driving website traffic
- Excellent written skills; ability to organize and present information on screen and verbally with a team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Detail-oriented mindset with excellent organizational, project and time management skills
- Creative problem solver and team player with a positive attitude
- Knowledge of on-page and off-page ranking factors
- Familiarity with industry tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
Preferred Requirements
- Cybersecurity industry knowledge
- Experience with international SEO and French content localization
- Experience with SEO reporting, dashboards and performance analysis
- Understanding of how content is structured, tokenized, retrieved and interpreted by search engines and large language models
- Experience with conversion rate optimization (CRO), particularly improving landing pages, user journeys, calls to action and lead generation, is highly valued.
- Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization, AI Overviews, or AI-powered search platforms
- Understanding of Technical SEO, such as website architecture, 301 redirects and proper canonicalization
- Basic knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Python and CSS as it relates to SEO
- Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems

5. International Transfers
Your data may be accessed by Keeper entities globally as needed for the purposes of hiring and decision making. We protect any such data transfer between Keeper entities using appropriate safeguards under applicable data protection laws.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with our industry leading security standards.
7. Retention
We keep your data for 24 months from your last application activity, then delete or anonymize it.
Exceptions:
- You opt into our talent database for further retention by providing consent (extended retention)
- You're hired (transfers to employee records)
8. Your Rights

- Access, correct, or delete your data, subject to applicable law and retention requirements
