POSICION EVENTUAL POR 3 MESES

Objetivo: Gestionar con las áreas involucradas el cumplimiento de las reparaciones o cambios de productos en los tiempos establecidos.

Requisitos indispensables:

1. Bachillerato o Carrera tunca

2. Edad: de 22 a 40 máximo

3. Carácter firme

4. Trabajo bajo presión

5. Actitud de servicio

6. Capacidad de negociación

7. Experiencia mínima de 1 año en las siguientes Actividades:

  • Revisión y Actualización de estatus de tickets de servicio
  • Gestionar y Agilizar los procesos de reparación y cambios de producto
  • Negociación y seguimiento de servicios con personal técnico, de refacciones y logística
  • Actualización de base de datos y elaboración de tablas dinámicas
  • Manejo de portales Web
  • Gestión de casos críticos con supervisión

UBICACIÓN: Col. Merced Gómez, (cerca del metro Barranca del Muerto)

HORARIOS: L a J: 9:00 a 18:00, Viernes: 9:00 a 16:00 hrs, Sábado: 9:00 a 14:00 hrs

  • Sueldo bruto: $13,500
