Analista de Beneficios:

  • Salario: $ 21,000 brutos mensuales.
  • Horario: Martes a Sábado de 12:40 a 21:40 pm
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
  • Ubicación: Tultepec Edo Mex.
  • Tipo de contrato: 1 año con posibilidad de ampliarse.

Actividades principales:

  • Dar seguimiento a los servicios de comedor y transporte con nuestros proveedores, verificando que cumplan los parámetros establecidos.
  • Garantizar el buen funcionamiento de ambos servicios, y ser el enlace directo con líderes y colaboradores para atender problemáticas y recibir nuevas propuestas.
  • Diseñar, medir y actualizar los indicadores clave de transporte y comedor.
  • Crear reportes y dashboards que permitan identificar tendencias y apoyar la toma de decisiones.
  • Proponer e implementar mejoras en los procesos diarios para hacerlos más eficientes.

Requerimientos de la vacante:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Administración, Psicología Organizacional, Relaciones Industriales, Ingeniería Industrial, Logística o áreas afines.
  • Experiencia de 2 a 3 años en puestos de capital humano o logística.
  • Manejo de excel (indispensable): Dominio de tablas dinámicas, fórmulas lógicas y cruce de bases de datos.
  • Pensamiento analítico, comunicación clara y un alto sentido de urgencia para resolver lo que se necesita.
