¿Cuál será tu misión?

Como Analista de Negocio, serás el puente estratégico entre las áreas del negocio (Finanzas, RH, Compras, Legal, Programas) y el equipo de TI, asegurando que las soluciones tecnológicas generen valor real y estén alineadas con los objetivos institucionales.

Principales responsabilidades

  • Levantar, analizar y documentar requerimientos del negocio.
  • Traducir necesidades operativas en requerimientos técnicos claros para TI.
  • Actuar como enlace entre usuarios clave y equipos de tecnología.
  • Priorizar solicitudes considerando impacto, viabilidad y costos.
  • Facilitar talleres, entrevistas y sesiones de trabajo con stakeholders.
  • Evaluar procesos y proponer mejoras o automatizaciones.
  • Coordinar y liderar pruebas de usuario (UAT).
  • Elaborar documentación, manuales y materiales de capacitación.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Sistemas, TI o afín.
  • +5 años de experiencia como Analista de Negocio o roles similares.
  • Conocimiento del ciclo de vida de desarrollo de software.
  • Manejo de herramientas como Excel, Visio, Jira o similares.
  • Experiencia con sistemas empresariales (ERP, SAP, Oracle, HRIS o financieros).
  • Deseable certificaciones: CBAP, PMI-PBA.
  • Inglés B2 indispensable
  • Habilidad para trabajar con equipos multidisciplinarios.
