Asistente administrativo de ventas:

Objetivo del puesto: Seguimiento de proyectos de venta con los clientes y con los departamentos internos.

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura (Química, metalúrgica, industrial o afines), Lic. en ventas, marketing, negocios internacionales o afín,

Conocimientos requeridos: Manejo de paquetería office, en procesos administrativos de un departamento de ventas, cotizaciones, facturas, orden de compra, etc.

Deseable venir de un giro industrial

Habilidades: Proactividad, habilidad de comunicación efectiva, atención al cliente.

Actitudes: Motivación, compromiso, actitud positiva.

Ingles: Intermedio-avanzado

Deseable contar con licencia de manejo vigente

Disponibilidad para viajar

Funciones:

Seguimiento a clientes actuales: Dar seguimiento a los proyectos con los clientes actuales vía correo, teléfono o mensaje.

Seguimiento del progreso: Mantener al cliente informado del avance de sus proyectos de manera servicial.

Prospección y eventos: Revisar constantemente cualquier tipo de eventos en los cuales se pueda prospectar clientes.

Documentos internos: Generar / llenar documentos de gestión interna para control de procesos.

Ofrecemos:

Rango salarial: $19 mil a $22 mil brutos mensuales.
