Mantener y llevar el control de la administración de la sucursal, así como coordinar y apoyar al departamento de Ventas, Ingeniería y capacitación en las actividades encomendadas.

Principales Funciones:

Atención de llamadas

Administración de Oficina

Compras de misceláneos

Trámites ante dependencias gubernamentales

Control de Gastos y Caja chica

Apoyo a personal de ventas

Cotizaciones y facturación

Programación de servicios y cursos

Seguimiento a cobranza

Pago a proveedores

Seguimiento a Mantenimiento de sucursal

Negociación con proveedores

Atención al cliente y proveedores

Requisitos:

Atención a clientes

Paquetería Office

Manejo de ERP

Lic. Trunca en administración o a fin

Experiencia mínima de 1 año

Ofrecemos:

Sueldo base
