Asistente Ejecutiva de CEO con Enfoque Estratégico y Financiero Guadalajara

Ubicación: Guadalajara, Jalisco

Tipo de contrato: Indeterminado

Horario: Lunes a viernes

Idioma: Inglés conversacional indispensable

Experiencia mínima: 5 años en funciones ejecutivas con exposición a finanzas y administración

Escolaridad: Maestría en Comunicaciones, Relaciones Internacionales o afín (Indispensable)

Objetivo del puesto:

Proporcionar apoyo estratégico, administrativo y logístico al CEO, garantizando una gestión eficiente de los asuntos ejecutivos, las comunicaciones internas y externas, y las relaciones institucionales, con un enfoque sólido en análisis financiero y toma de decisiones administrativas.

Responsabilidades clave:

Administrar y coordinar el calendario del CEO, incluyendo reuniones, compromisos institucionales y viajes.

Priorizar, filtrar y dar seguimiento a las comunicaciones internas y externas.

Preparar informes, presentaciones, documentos ejecutivos y materiales de apoyo estratégico.

Realizar seguimiento puntual de tareas clave, elementos críticos y entregables en nombre del CEO.

Coordinar protocolos, logística y representación en eventos de alto nivel.

Mantener el más alto nivel de confidencialidad, profesionalismo y juicio ejecutivo.

Apoyar en la toma de decisiones estratégicas desde una perspectiva financiera y administrativa.

Perfil requerido:

Maestría terminada en Comunicaciones, Relaciones Internacionales, Administración o áreas afines. (Indispensable)

5 años mínimo de experiencia como Asistente Ejecutiva o en roles similares, trabajando directamente con alta dirección.

Experiencia comprobada en análisis financiero, administración y soporte estratégico.

Inglés conversacional fluido (requisito indispensable).

Dominio de herramientas digitales, análisis de información.

Alto nivel de discreción, pensamiento crítico, capacidad organizativa y atención al detalle.
