Ingeniero de Integración Backend

Diseñar, desarrollar y mantener soluciones backend escalables y resilientes que soporten el procesamiento eficiente de suscripciones y flujos de datos, garantizando la confiabilidad, disponibilidad e integridad de los servicios.

La posición será responsable de la integración de servicios con Neo4j, la implementación de pipelines de ingestión de datos en tiempo real y por lotes, así como de asegurar un manejo robusto de errores, reintentos e idempotencia dentro de una arquitectura basada en microservicios y eventos.

  • Salario: $100,000 - $123,000 brutos mensuales
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 7:00 am a 4:30 pm
  • Modalidad: Remota
  • Ubicación: Zapopan, Jalisco.
  • Proyecto: Contrato por tiempo determinado 4 meses

Funciones Principales:

  • Desarrollar y mantener el Subscription Worker, garantizando un procesamiento eficiente y confiable.
  • Integrar servicios backend con Neo4j para soportar requerimientos de datos y relaciones complejas.
  • Diseñar e implementar pipelines de ingestión de datos en modalidades batch y streaming.
  • Gestionar mecanismos de recuperación ante errores, reintentos e idempotencia para asegurar la consistencia de los procesos.
  • Garantizar la escalabilidad, disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los servicios en ambientes productivos.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Sistemas, Computación, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín.
  • Más de 6 años de experiencia en desarrollo backend.
  • Dominio de Python y experiencia trabajando con Redis y React (Front).
  • Experiencia trabajando con Neo4j o bases de datos orientadas a grafos.
  • Experiencia en diseño e implementación de arquitecturas basadas en microservicios.
  • Experiencia desarrollando sistemas event-driven y procesamiento asíncrono.
  • Conocimiento de plataformas de mensajería como Kafka o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Experiencia en diseño, desarrollo y consumo de APIs REST y/o GraphQL.
  • Experiencia con frameworks y servidores Python como Flask, FastAPI, Gunicorn, Uvicorn o tecnologías equivalentes.
  • Conocimiento de prácticas de observabilidad, monitoreo y troubleshooting en ambientes productivos.
  • Inglés Avanzado
