Estamos en búsqueda de tu experiencia como:

Gerente de Mercadotecnia:

Objetivo del puesto: Analizar, desarrollar e implementar estrategias de Marketing a corto y largo plazo para lograr los objetivos de venta, así como, contribuir al desarrollo de nuevos productos para lograr pronóstico de ventas y participación de mercado por medio del plan de Marketing generando una rentabilidad para cada una de las categorías y diferentes canales de venta, apegado a los objetivos planteados por Dirección y con base a las inversiones autorizadas.

Requisitos:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura terminada en mercadotecnia, Administración, Ingeniería Industrial (titulados)

Experiencia de 3 a 4 años en el área de mercadotecnia

Experiencia en el giro de consumo masivo (alimentos preferentemente)

Experiencia en actividades de punto de venta (Trade Marketing)

Conocimiento y experiencia en MKT (Portafolio, innovación de nuevos productos, precios, etc.)

Manejo de personal

Inglés avanzado

Excel avanzado

Disponibilidad para viajar eventualmente

Preferente contar con auto propio

Deseable contar con visa y pasaporte ( o haberlos tenido para revonación)

Alta capacidad de análisis

Conocimientos requeridos:

Análisis Sell In, Sell Out, Sell Thru,

Operación en PDV, PEPS/ Inventarios en tiendas y CeDis,

Pronósticos y presupuestos de ventas

Manejo de P&L

Canal de distribución tradicional/moderno

Planogramas y bloques de marca

Trade MKT/ creación y seguimiento de estrategias BTL

Desarrollo de productos

Aplicación de estrategias para incremento de ventas

Estudios de mercado cuantitativos y cualitativos

Nielsen e ISCAM
