Ejecutivo Comercial Producto – Soluciones Térmicas (Tlalnepantla)

¿Quieres formar parte de un equipo líder en soluciones térmicas industriales? Se busca un/a Ejecutivo Comercial Producto para la área de Ventas Centro Sur.

Objetivo del puesto: Desarrollar la venta de productos, aprovechando alianzas estratégicas y el potencial comercial de la organización.

Requisitos:

  • Educación: Ingeniería mecánica, industrial, energética o afín (titulado, deseable).
  • Experiencia profesional: 2+ años en ventas técnicas, preferentemente en maquinaria industrial, calderas, recipientes a presión o equipos térmicos.
  • Idioma: Inglés técnico, comunicación intermedia-avanzada, hablado y escrito.
  • Paquetería/software: Office 365, manejo de CRM y ERP.
  • Habilidades: Prospección, presupuestos, negociación, comunicación efectiva, trabajo en equipo, proactividad, orientación al cliente y servicio postventa.
  • Otros: Edad de 26 a 45 años, sexo indistinto. Modalidad híbrida. Horario laboral de 8:30 a 18:30 hrs.

Conocimientos especializados:

  • Tipos de calderas (pirotubulares, acuotubulares, condensación, etc.).
  • Normas internacionales de recipientes a presión, seguridad, emisiones y eficiencia energética.
  • Sectores industriales relacionados.

Principales funciones y responsabilidades:

  • Prospección y captación de clientes nuevos en el sector industrial.
  • Asesoría técnica y comercial sobre proyectos de calderas, capacidades y normativas.
  • Elaboración de cotizaciones técnicas y comerciales.
  • Seguimiento y cierre de negociaciones.
  • Cumplimiento de metas de ventas mensuales y trimestrales.
  • Coordinación con las áreas técnica, instalaciones, mantenimiento, refacciones, etc.
  • Participación en ferias, expos y capacitaciones de producto.
  • Reporte de actividades y resultados.

Indicadores de desempeño:

  • Cumplimiento de ventas, cotizaciones y prospecciones (objetivo: 33% cada uno).
  • Comunicación interna constante con áreas clave y clientes/proveedores nacionales e internacionales.
