Ejecutivo de Ventas de Patrocinios

Objetivo del puesto:

Vendedor proactivo y orientado a resultados, experto en crear propuestas de patrocinio a la medida y cerrar acuerdos con marcas. Capaz de identificar necesidades, maximizar el valor de cada inversión y construir relaciones duraderas. Trabaja de cerca con el equipo interno para asegurar la correcta ejecución de cada patrocinio.

Requisitos:

Licenciatura en Marketing, Relaciones Públicas o a fin

Experiencia comprobable en venta de patrocinios (deporte, medios o entretenimiento).

Conocimiento sólido de marketing y publicidad (digital, tradicional y experiencial).

Entender métricas clave y manejo de CRM

Experiencia creando y presentando propuestas.

Asertividad para comunicar objetivos.

Red de contactos activa en publicidad y marketing en CDMX.

Conocimiento del mercado deportivo/entretenimiento (mejor si es en béisbol).

Deseable Inglés avanzado

Microsoft Office Avanzado

Auto propio

Funciones:

Crear cartera de prospectos y cerrar acuerdos.

Desarrollar y presentar propuestas de patrocinio alineadas a cada cliente.

Comunicar el valor de la marca Tomateros y su alcance.

Negociar términos y asegurar renovaciones.

Identificar nuevas oportunidades y segmentos.

Garantizar el cumplimiento de cuota anual de ventas asignada.

Reportar resultados.

Ofrecemos:

Rango salarial mensual bruto $50 mil a 70 mil pesos (de acuerdo con experiencia)
