The posting

Ejecutivo Comercial Senior / Desarrollo de Negocios (Huevos y Ovoproductos)

Ubicación: La Laguna (Torreón / Gómez Palacio) con viajes regionales (NL, Chih, etc.)

Objetivo del puesto: Generar crecimiento rentable de ventas mediante apertura de clientes, expansión de cuentas clave y ejecución comercial disciplinada. No es reparto ni toma de pedidos: es venta activa, negociación y crecimiento con enfoque a margen, cobranza y cumplimiento de políticas.

1) Responsabilidades (lo que debe hacer)

A) Prospección y apertura (principal)

Prospectar y abrir clientes nuevos: mayoristas, abastos, industria alimentaria, panificadoras, restaurantes grandes, distribuidores regionales, autoservicios (según estrategia).

Activar pipeline semanal: citas, visitas, seguimiento, cierres.

Presentar propuestas comerciales completas (precio + logística + condiciones + volumen + vigencia).

B) Manejo de cuentas y crecimiento rentable

Desarrollar clientes actuales con objetivo de incrementar volumen y margen (no solo que compren).

Negociar condiciones comerciales: precio, vigencia, volúmenes, programación, entrega, devoluciones, descuentos.

Implementar estrategia de mix: charola, caja, granel, marcas propias, presentaciones; empujar lo que convenga a la empresa.

C) Disciplina comercial y control

Respetar políticas de crédito, precio y cobranza.

Coordinar con cobranza y logística para evitar promesas incumplibles.

Reporte semanal de: pipeline, oportunidades, precios de mercado, competencia, estatus de cartera y riesgos.

D) Inteligencia de mercado

Levantar información real: precios por plaza, inventarios del canal, competencia y oportunidades.

Recomendaciones a dirección: dónde subir/bajar, qué clientes atacar, qué productos empujar.

Requisitos:

Experiencia

5–10+ años en ventas B2B de calle (hunter) en alimentos/consumo masivo/agroindustria (deseable: huevo, pollo, lácteos, abarrotes, commodities).

Experiencia negociando con: mayoristas, abastos, cadenas regionales, industria/panificación y/o autoservicio.

Historial comprobable de apertura de cuentas (no solo mantenimiento).

Competencias:

Negociación de precios y condiciones en mercados volátiles.

Manejo de cartera y cobranza comercial (días, límites, acuerdos).

Excel/CRM básico para pipeline y reportes (mínimo disciplina de seguimiento).

Capacidad para construir propuestas: volumen, logística, costo de servicio, vigencia, garantías.
