Ingeniero de Procesos Jr.

Objetivo del Puesto

Brindar soporte a la operación y mejora continua de los procesos productivos mediante el levantamiento de información en planta, actualización de documentación técnica, análisis de datos y participación en proyectos de optimización y escalamiento de nuevos productos.

Responsabilidades

  • Apoyar en la actualización y mantenimiento de DTIs (Diagramas de Tuberías e Instrumentación) y documentación técnica mediante la modificación de planos existentes en AutoCAD.
  • Realizar levantamientos y mapeo de procesos directamente en piso de producción.
  • Monitorear indicadores de avance y cumplimiento, reportar desviaciones y dar seguimiento a las acciones correspondientes.
  • Participar en pruebas industriales y proyectos de escalamiento de nuevos productos.
  • Identificar, documentar y comunicar oportunidades de mejora en planta.
  • Apoyar en la capacitación del personal operativo sobre procesos y actualizaciones de procedimientos.
  • Elaborar análisis de información en Excel, incluyendo reportes con tablas dinámicas, así como resúmenes ejecutivos y presentaciones en PowerPoint.
  • Desarrollar un conocimiento integral de los procesos productivos de la planta.

Perfil Requerido

Escolaridad

  • Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Química.
  • Preferentemente con 1 a 4 años de haber egresado.

Conocimientos y Experiencia

  • Experiencia básica en AutoCAD para la lectura y modificación de DTIs o planos de proceso existentes.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en balances de masa y diagramas de proceso.
  • Manejo intermedio de Excel, incluyendo tablas dinámicas.
  • Manejo de PowerPoint para la elaboración de presentaciones y resúmenes ejecutivos.
  • Conocimiento de normas de seguridad industrial.
  • Disponibilidad e interés para trabajar de manera continua en piso de planta.

  • Español.

Compensación y Prestaciones

Sueldo bruto mensual: $38,000 MXN

Horario de Trabajo

  • Lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:30 p.m.
  • 1 hora para alimentos.
  • Ocasionalmente podrá requerirse disponibilidad para extender la jornada laboral; la compañía ofrece flexibilidad para compensar estos apoyos.
  • Aproximadamente una vez cada 3 a 6 meses podrá solicitarse la cobertura de un turno o apoyo fuera del horario habitual.
