Ingeniero de Procesos Sr.

  • Ubicación: Humberto Lobo 9323, Parque Industrial Cdad. Mitras, N.L.

Principales funciones:

  • Documentar, actualizar y estandarizar los procesos clave de la planta, utilizando como base la información existente y asegurando la vigencia de los DTIs/P&IDs.
  • Asegurar la continuidad de la operación y el cumplimiento oportuno del programa de producción.
  • Diseñar, gestionar e implementar proyectos de mejora de procesos, incluyendo actividades de gestión de proyectos y seguimiento de indicadores de desempeño.
  • Optimizar los procedimientos y procesos productivos para fortalecer la eficiencia, estabilidad y seguridad de la operación.
  • Liderar los análisis HAZOP de los procesos prioritarios y dar seguimiento a las acciones derivadas.
  • Brindar soporte técnico durante el arranque, escalamiento y estabilización de nuevos productos.
  • Coordinar iniciativas con las áreas involucradas bajo un esquema de contribución individual, sin personal directo a cargo.

Perfil que buscamos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería Química. También podrán considerarse perfiles de Ingeniería Industrial con experiencia comprobable en la industria química.
  • Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en plantas químicas.
  • Dominio de PFD, P&ID/DTIs, balances de masa y energía, y escalamiento de procesos.
  • Experiencia en transferencia de procesos y paquetes tecnológicos.
  • Experiencia indispensable en análisis de riesgos de proceso mediante metodologías HAZOP y What-If.
  • Experiencia sólida en PSM (Process Safety Management).
  • Manejo de AutoCAD.
  • Conocimiento de SAP deseable.
  • Ofrecemos:
