Auxiliar Administrativo / Capturista de Datos

Objetivo del puesto

Brindar soporte administrativo y operativo mediante la captura de información, seguimiento de trámites, control documental y gestión de reportes, asegurando la correcta atención y seguimiento de los procesos relacionados con productos, penalidades y servicio al cliente.

Principales responsabilidades

  1. Captura y actualización de información en Excel y sistemas internos.
  2. Integración y control de informes de daños de producto.
  3. Llenado, recepción y resguardo de acuses de recibo.
  4. Recepción, organización y escaneo de documentación.
  5. Seguimiento de trámites con penalidades aplicadas por incumplimiento.
  6. Gestión de aclaraciones con Carriers y CRC.
  7. Administración y seguimiento de retornos improcedentes de equipos móviles.
  8. Seguimiento a la documentación y entrega de evidencias para la generación de RMA o solicitud de eliminación de penalidades.
  9. Armado, preparación y envío de paquetes de producto a clientes.
  10. Recepción, revisión y validación de reportes técnicos de producto.

Requisitos

Escolaridad

  • Bachillerato concluido.

Experiencia

  • Mínimo 1 año de experiencia como Capturista de Datos o Auxiliar Administrativo.

Conocimientos y habilidades

  • Manejo básico de Microsoft Word, Excel y documentos PDF.
  • Conocimientos básicos de análisis de datos.
  • Conocimiento básico de Excel.
  • Familiaridad y agilidad en el uso del teclado para captura de información.
  • Buena ortografía y redacción.
  • Atención al detalle y organización.
  • Capacidad de seguimiento y control documental.

Idioma requerido

  • Español.

  • Sueldo bruto mensual: $9,451.00 MXN
