Asistente del cuidado del cliente JR.

  • Horario: lunes a viernes de 8:30 am - 6:00 pm.
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
  • Ubicación: Querétaro, Qro.
  • Salario bruto mensual: $18,000 MXN.

Funciones principales:

  • Gestión de Cuentas en Sistema: Ejecutar de manera precisa el alta y actualización de clientes y proveedores en la plataforma interna, asegurando la integridad de los datos.
  • Control de Catálogos y Portales: Gestionar la carga, actualización y mantenimiento de información y catálogos en los portales específicos de cada cliente.
  • Vinculación Interdepartamental: Actuar como enlace estratégico y operativo entre las diferentes áreas internas de la compañía, facilitando la comunicación y asegurando el seguimiento oportuno de los requerimientos, acuerdos y proyectos.
  • Seguimiento a Refacturaciones: Administrar el proceso integral de refacturación, coordinando con el área correspondiente y dando seguimiento hasta su resolución para evitar afectaciones en cartera.
  • Procesamiento de Órdenes de Compra (PO): Recibir, validar e ingresar las órdenes de compra en el sistema de manera oportuna para asegurar el inicio del ciclo de servicio. 

Actividades Generales:

  • Carga y seguimiento de órdenes de compra
  • Revisión de documentos y Alta de nuevos clientes en sistema.
  • Comunicación con áreas interdepartamentales
  • Atención al cliente y comunicación efectiva
  • Seguimiento a entrega de pedidos
  • Refacturaciones, notas de crédito, rebates.
  • Altamente atención al detalle, organización y seguimiento de solicitudes.

Requisitos Indispensables:

  • Manejo de SAP: Conocimiento básico a intermedio en el sistema SAP (uso de módulos comerciales, de compras o carga de datos).
  • Paquetería Office: Manejo de Excel intermedio (tablas dinámicas, filtros y fórmulas básicas para el control de órdenes de compra y refacturaciones).
  • Gestión de Portales: Familiaridad o facilidad para aprender a usar portales web corporativos y catálogos digitales de clientes.
  • Nivel de Estudios: Profesional con experiencia minima de 1 año y/o recién egresado(a) de carreras como Administración, Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Ingeniería Industrial o afines.
