Operador de Empaque

Buscamos un Operador capaz de realizar el empaque del producto terminado (rollos de cinta adhesiva) conforme a las especificaciones de presentación y embalaje, asegurando su correcta identificación, manejo y almacenamiento.

  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 09:00 a 18:00 hrs
  • Modalidad: Presencial.
  • Ubicación: Av. Mina de Guadalupe #950-M Colonia Parque Industrial Santa Fe Puente Interior CP 36275 Silao Guanajuato.
  • Tipo de contrato: 12 meses (Con posibilidad de ampliarse).

Funciones principales:

  1. Realizar tareas de empaque: armado de cajas, etiquetado, empaquetado y emplayado de las cintas adhesivas terminadas.
  2. Verificar la calidad del producto empacado, asegurando el cumplimiento de las especificaciones de presentación y embalaje.
  3. Cargar y descargar producto terminado, así como almacenarlo adecuadamente en bodega.
  4. Utilizar patín para el movimiento de pallets de materia prima y producto terminado.
  5. Ensamblar racks para almacenamiento de producto.
  6. Registrar en computadora las cantidades empacadas y las órdenes de trabajo correspondientes.
  7. Conocer de forma básica el funcionamiento general de la máquina cortadora ALS 500 Sibtec y sus controles principales.
  8. Apoyar en la operación básica de la máquina cortadora, incluyendo el arranque, paro, monitoreo del proceso y ejecución de programas previamente establecidos, de acuerdo con los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables.
  9. Detectar y reportar oportunamente cualquier falla o anomalía en el funcionamiento de la máquina.
  10. Utilizar herramientas básicas (pinzas, desarmadores, etc.) de forma segura, únicamente para tareas menores de apoyo.
  11. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y ordenada.

Requisitos:

  • Educación básica (secundaria)
  • Experiencia previa en actividades de empaque, almacén y/o producción.
  • Disposición para capacitarse en el funcionamiento básico de la máquina cortadora.
  • Capacidad para seguir instrucciones y procedimientos establecidos.
  • Actitud proactiva, responsabilidad, puntualidad y disposición para aprender.
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo.

Ofrecemos:

  • Salario: $12,000 pesos brutos mensuales.
  • 12 días de vacaciones
  • 25% de prima vacacional
  • 30 días de aguinaldo
  • $ 1,100 de ayuda de transporte mensual pagada en la 2a. quincena del mes

  • Se proporcionaré EPP
