Quality Analyst

Objetivo:

Responsable de brindar soporte a los procesos de manufactura mediante la actualización y control de documentación técnica, análisis y solución de problemas en producción, así como la implementación de mejoras enfocadas en calidad, cumplimiento regulatorio y eficiencia operativa.

  • Salario: $23,667 brutos mensuales
  • Horario: Lunes a Viernes 7:00 am 5:30 pm
  • Modalidad: Presencial
  • Ubicación: Tijuana, Baja California
  • Proyecto: Contrato por tiempo determinado 6 meses

Funciones Principales:

  • Elaboración, actualización e implementación de procedimientos, PMs, HOW2, instrucciones de trabajo y documentación de manufactura, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares internos y regulatorios bajo la revisión y aprobación de Ingeniería.
  • Soporte directo a las líneas de producción mediante la creación de instrucciones de retrabajo, investigación de desviaciones y aplicación de metodologías de resolución de problemas, incluyendo análisis A3 para incidentes de mayor complejidad.
  • Verificación del cumplimiento de layouts de producción, balanceo de cargas de trabajo y apego a los tiempos estándar de ciclo, identificando oportunidades para mejorar la productividad y eficiencia operativa.
  • Diseño e implementación de herramientas, dispositivos y accesorios de manufactura e inspección para optimizar los procesos productivos y garantizar la calidad del producto.
  • Diagnóstico, prueba y corrección de fallas rutinarias en equipos y procesos de manufactura, contribuyendo a la continuidad operativa y reducción de tiempos de inactividad.
  • Monitoreo y aseguramiento del cumplimiento de los sistemas de calidad aplicables a la industria médica, incluyendo regulaciones FDA 21 CFR Part 820 e ISO 13485.
  • Participación activa en iniciativas de mejora continua orientadas a la reducción de defectos, incremento de la eficiencia y fortalecimiento de los controles de calidad.

Requisitos:

  • Mínimo 6 meses de experiencia en posiciones relacionadas con Calidad, Manufactura, Ingeniería de Procesos o áreas afines.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación asertiva y trabajo en equipo para interactuar eficazmente con áreas operativas y de soporte.
  • Inglés básico (lectura y comprensión de documentación técnica deseable).
  • Licenciatura o Ingeniería en Mecatrónica, Industrial, Manufactura, Electrónica, Biomédica o carreras afines.
  • Capacidad para el análisis y solución de problemas en entornos de manufactura.
  • Conocimiento básico de sistemas de calidad, documentación técnica y mejora continua.
  • Proactividad, orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
