Descripción del puesto

Buscamos un Soporte Técnico IT para brindar atención presencial a usuarios, asegurando la correcta operación de equipos, infraestructura tecnológica y activos de TI.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Brindar soporte técnico en sitio a usuarios, atendiendo incidencias relacionadas con hardware y software. Proporcionar soporte técnico local y presencial a hardware de usuario final (sin incluir soporte a aplicaciones). Dar seguimiento a incidencias, solicitudes y requerimientos relacionados con IT, asegurando su documentación y cierre oportuno. Ejecutar actividades propias del área de soporte técnico conforme a procedimientos establecidos. Mantener comunicación efectiva con usuarios, proveedores y otras áreas técnicas. Configurar, instalar y realizar mantenimiento básico de equipos de cómputo. Administrar, controlar y mantener actualizado el inventario de activos de TI (computadoras, servidores, switches y otros equipos). Realizar etiquetado, documentación y seguimiento de movimientos, asignaciones, reubicaciones y bajas de equipos. Preparar y documentar envíos y recepción de equipos para las diferentes localidades de KN en México. Coordinar actividades de empaque, recolección de firmas y documentación relacionada con retiros o traslados de equipo. Ejecutar montaje, armado de equipos, movimientos físicos de TI y pruebas de conectividad. Elaborar reportes, informes técnicos y evidencias de servicio. Participar en proyectos de instalación, implementación, pruebas y mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo. Brindar soporte básico a infraestructura tecnológica de clientes Dar seguimiento a la recepción, entrega y gestión de equipos con proveedores. Administrar y actualizar tickets de servicio, manteniendo registros precisos de las actividades realizadas.

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Sistemas Computacionales, Informática, Tecnologías de la Información o carrera afín (concluida o en curso).

Experiencia previa en soporte técnico, mesa de ayuda o áreas relacionadas.

Conocimientos básicos de redes, sistemas operativos y paquetería Microsoft Office.

Inglés básico.

Disponibilidad para laborar de manera presencial.

Capacidad para diagnosticar y resolver problemas técnicos de forma eficiente.

Orientación al servicio y atención al usuario.

Habilidades de comunicación efectiva.

Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y colaborar con diferentes áreas.

Competencias deseables

Proactividad y sentido de urgencia.

Organización y atención al detalle.

Responsabilidad y compromiso.

Facilidad para seguir procedimientos y documentación técnica.

Actitud positiva y enfoque en la solución de problemas.

Consideraciones importantes

Excelente actitud de servicio, trabajo en equipo y proactividad.

Disponibilidad para entrevista presencial en horario de 8:00 a.m. a 4:00 p.m.

Prestaciones superiores a las de ley

Sueldo: $15,000 MXN brutos mensuales

30 días de aguinaldo.

12 días de vacaciones desde el primer año.

25% de prima vacacional.

10% en vales de despensa.

Seguro de vida por $120,000 MXN.
