Superintendente almacén / materiales

Proyecto por 10 meses con posibilidad de extensión.

Ubicación: Apodaca, Nuevo León.

Resumen: Responsable de organizar y supervisar las actividades de recibo, almacenaje, surtido a producción y embarque de producto terminado, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares, políticas y procedimientos de la compañía. Debe establecer controles, prioridades y estrategias para una gestión eficiente del almacén, garantizando la seguridad del personal y la integridad de los procesos.

Responsabilidades Clave:

  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del código de conducta y políticas corporativas.
  • Administrar procesos de recibo, almacenamiento y embarque de materiales y productos terminados.
  • Implementar y mantener sistemas de control de inventario.
  • Liderar y priorizar el equipo de conteo cíclico, investigación de discrepancias y ajustes en sistema.
  • Desarrollar estrategias de optimización de espacio en almacén.
  • Organizar y coordinar el inventario físico anual.

Calificaciones:

  • Experiencia en sistemas ERP Sistemas de control de inventarios, MRP.
  • MS Office, mejora especial en Excel
  • Enfoque en solución de problemas
  • Comunicación efectiva
  • Pensamiento analítico
  • Licenciatura en Ingenieria Industrial o afines
  • Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia en la dirección de las actividades de recepción, envío, almacenamiento y amplio conocimiento de las técnicas de control de inventarios
  • Experiencia mínima de tres años en supervisión de personal no exento
  • Capacidad demostrada para liderar, capacitar y desarrollar personal

  • Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y capacidad para trabajar en equipos multifuncionales.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y gestión del cambio.
