Confidencial: Supervisor de Contabilidad – Industria de Consumo, CDMX

Ubicación: Santa Fé, CDMX Nivel: Supervisor Departamento: Finanzas / Contabilidad Reporte directo: Gerente de Contraloría

Propósito del puesto: Liderar integralmente la función contable, asegurando la confiabilidad de los estados financieros y la eficiencia de los procesos bajo un enfoque de control interno y cumplimiento normativo. Funcionar como soporte directo del Gerente de Contabilidad e Impuestos y construir capacidad de sucesión o respaldo operativo durante un periodo de 24 meses.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Supervisar la correcta ejecución de procesos contables y fiscales, garantizando cierres mensuales/anuales completos, oportunos y soportados
  • Mantener un sistema de control interno robusto y asegurar el cumplimiento de normas de información financiera local e internacional, así como requisitos fiscales
  • Preparar y analizar resultados financieros periódicos, incluyendo la elaboración de reportes para corporativo y departamentos internos
  • Coordinar la revisión periódica del Balance y conciliaciones de cuentas, integración de saldos, antigüedad de saldos, riesgos y oportunidades
  • Consolidar la preparación del presupuesto de Balance General, gastos de operación, otros ingresos, regalías, impuestos y reconocimiento de pérdidas y ganancias
  • Controlar el flujo de efectivo, validar proyecciones de working capital y participar en la elaboración del Dictamen Financiero y Dictamen Fiscal
  • Coordinar con auditores temas de precios de transferencia y seguridad social
  • Implementar planes de acción para el cumplimiento de KPI's del área y participar en proyectos de mejora o nuevos requisitos fiscales
  • Gestionar relaciones clave con Secretaría de Hacienda, Secretaría de Economía y el IMSS

Perfil requerido:

  • Licenciatura en Contabilidad o áreas afines
  • Experiencia laboral de 3 a 4 años en contabilidad general, auditoría y empresas transnacionales preferentemente del sector consumo
  • Experiencia comprobada en elaboración de estados financieros, reportes a corporativos y liderazgo de equipos de trabajo
  • Deseable trayectoria previa en despachos de auditoría y conocimiento en impuestos
  • Manejo intermedio de SAP y nivel intermedio de inglés
  • Compromiso con la integridad, transparencia y mejora continua (Envisioning the future, Performance at the peak, Talent Energizer)
