Supervisor de Producción

(experiencia en la industria automotriz - conozca la Nom IATF 16949)

Requisitos:

*Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica o en Mecatrónica (Titulado)

*Trabajo de Lunes a Sábado, con disponibilidad para Rol de turnos.

*Deseable tenga conocimientos en manejo de SAP

*Excel avanzado, análisis de datos y métricas

*Indispensable viva cerca de la Planta y tenga automóvil para trasladarse sin problema al trabajo.

*Indispensable dominio del idioma INGLÉS AVANZADO (pueda conversar en inglés)

*Conocimientos en procesos de manufactura automotriz, manejo de personal, seguimiento a órdenes de producción, gestión y análisis de métricas de producción (KPIS), balanceo de líneas, buenas prácticas, seguridad en el trabajo, candadeo y bloqueo de equipos (Loto), mejora continua.

*Conocimiento básico de las normas de Calidad ISO, IATF 16949.

*Conocimiento de interpretación de planos de producto.

*Conocimiento en 5s y Lean Manufacturing

*Manejo avanzado de Excel.

*Planificación y control de inventarios

*Manejo de Instrumentos de medición.

*Experiencia comprobable mínima de 5 años como Supervisor de Producción en Plantas de Manufactura de la industria Automotriz (Tier 1 o Tier 2)

Actividades:

*Liderar al equipo de producción, ajustándose de manera efectiva para alcanzar los objetivos y estándares de la compañía.

*Responsable de adiestrar, desarrollar y entrenar a su personal para poder obtener resultados óptimos.

*Asegurar el cumplimiento de políticas y procedimientos de la planta.

*Participar en la planeación estratégica (visión a largo plazo 1 año)

*Participar en la implementación de proyectos para mejora continua para mejorar continuamente todos los procesos del trabajo. Obteniendo procesos productivos cada vez más competentes.

*Responsable y encargado cuando Alta Gerencia no esté en la planta, incluyendo las emergencias como coordinador de Seguridad e Higiene.

*Desarrollar tareas relacionadas con el aseguramiento de la calidad.

*Procesos de auditoría, toma de decisiones respecto a la calidad del producto y el manejo de acciones correctivas, preventivas y restrictivas.

*Analizar de manera semanal los reportes de productividad y eficiencia.

*Dar seguimiento diario a eficiencia y productividad del operador, aconsejar para una mejora en el desempeño del mismo acorde a sus necesidades.

*Responsable de concientizar al empleado acerca de la importancia de la calidad en el producto y brindar apoyo en problemas del área.

*Responsable de administrar al personal de producción, horas trabajadas y verificar/aprobar las incidencias para el pago de nomina acorde al centro de costos.

*Realizar diario caminata de seguridad, revisando el área de producción y dar seguimiento a cualquier problema relacionado con seguridad e Higiene.

*Participar en acciones correctivas relacionadas con las áreas de Calidad, Seguridad e Higiene e Ingeniería.

*Supervisar las actividades del proceso de manufactura robusta en el piso de producción y completar los listados de trabajo necesarios

*Responsable por priorizar y dar seguimiento a las ordenes de trabajo de mantenimiento.

*Brindar apoyo a los integrantes del equipo de producción en cómo resolver problemas, conflictos y tomar acciones disciplinarias siguiendo el reglamento interior de trabajo

*Comunicar los objetivos de la alta gerencia hacia los equipos de producción.

*Asegurar que los equipos mantengan un ambiente de trabajo seguro y limpio. Asegurar que los problemas de Seguridad e Higiene tengan la debida atención de la Gerencia/ Coordinador de *Seguridad e Higiene y que a la acción correctiva se le dé el seguimiento adecuado.

*Responsable de cumplir con las disposiciones y regulaciones de Medio Ambiente, Seguridad e Higiene.
