  • Define unique product positioning, matching features and benefits to customer needs to ensure a competitive sales approach.
  • Develop and communicate target markets and customer segmentation, and lead the approach to entering new markets and species segments based on market, competitor and customer insights.
  • Align regional product strategies with the global Kemin AquaScience platform while adapting to the needs of individual APAC markets.

Value Proposition & Cost Management:

  • Own the raw material to finished product value proposition for the aquaculture product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Operations to keep raw material costs competitive and obtain low-cost ingredients.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
